Copper anodes  Nickel Rounds 

AMPERE Industrie which is located in France; has been in the non-ferrous metals production and distribution for more than 35 years. This experience in surface treatment has been brought to the gravure industry for many years through a larger and larger collaboration with a great number of printers and cylinder makers all over the world. Ampere’s one of the main principal is to offer special solutions for each customer without changing their resisting system.

Whatever the type of copper anodes used in the copper tanks, cleaning, degreasing and rinsing steps in pre and post treatmeny phases should not be neglected to ensure an efficient and ductile copper laying. Quality of copper plating depends largely on pure copper which is resistant to oxidation. For this reason, the good elimination of the copper, keeping the production standarts are also a must for cost-saving.

Oxidation, mis-plating (pinholes), non-homogenous  dispersion of copper hardness, Frequently broken styluses, black sludge formation, straight cutting of clippings that bridges in titanium baskets are the possible risks of copper plating. Copper anodes are strictly controlled during manufacturing, cutting and packing to prevent dust and impurities from being in contact with copper. A Certificate of Conformity is automatically issued with each order and supplied with every shipment . In the frame of our ISO 9002 Certification, we guarantee that our copper anodes comply with the strictest International and Registered Standards. A.M.P.E.R.E. is using only high grade LME registered copper to produce copper anodes and in no case anodes are made of second hand copper  or refined copper scraps.
